Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required

- Customised or personalised products
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Return
- Email us at support@saint-co.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different variant or product of equal value. Simply mention this in your return request email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
